Jimmy Fallon never stood a chance.
During the March 16 episode of The Tonight Show, pop singer Demi Lovato stopped by to play a game of Musical Genre Challenge. Others who've excelled in the past include Ariana Grande, Jamie Foxx, and Cynthia Erivo.
Fallon kicked things off by singing a country version of "Golden" by HUNTR/X — and to his credit, he nailed it. He channeled his inner Johnny Cash and utilized his lower register to deliver a bouncy, Nashville version of the uber-popular K-pop song that had the Studio 6B audience clapping along.
"You got so low!" Lovato told him after he finished.
"That was hard for me to do," Fallon laughed.
